Arsenal, the defending Premier League champions, have had a poor start to the season, finishing bottom of their group in the Europa League.
Meanwhile, Everton finished in eighth last season and secured a spot in the Europa League. Both teams come into this game on the back of impressive wins at the weekend.
Arsenal – without Arsene Wenger in charge for the first time in 22 years – beat Cologne 3-0 in the opening leg of their Europa League second qualifying round tie, then beat Leicester 3-1 in the Premier League. Everton won 3-1 at Bournemouth and 4-0 against Middlesbrough in their opening games.
The game is at the Emirates Stadium in London, with kick-off at 17:45 BST.
